I want to help founders turn their vision into reality through strategic, cost effective and exceptional legal services. In the not-too-distant past (maybe before you were born), your lawyer was someone you could trust to help think through all of your most difficult business decisions. Unfortunately, that perception has largely changed for the worse. I suspect it is inversely correlated with inflation of the billable hour at the top law firms. Yet time and again, I run into founders who could have avoided expensive legal cleanup and non-optimal business outcomes if they had had a trusted advisor. My experience as an engineer, Biglaw corporate lawyer, in-house counsel for a public tech company, early employee of Atrium (a YC and a16z backed startup law firm), and founder of a VC-backed tech company ($4.5M raised), has given me deep insight into the challenges that startup founders face when trying to build a successful business. I want to use my experience to help the next generation of founders change the world.
